  • There are questions on this channel EVERY week about concrete slabs, soil types and foundations of peoples homes. On this little Vid we look over the way the soil changes in depth and in the area on the one building site.
Excavations, time, cost, water, weather, orientation... all play the part on how to best suit the build of your home. Get the right professionals in and #stayawesome #sustainablebuilder #wulfinstitute #thejoejoeshow #beowulfbuilders

Hi good looking man just wandring if you could help me out .what to do . We started site cut cut under 500 mm topsoil is very soft white mat . And it is like a metar . If we have to remove all and what should back fill up with ?? Cheers

      Great Question Jawad,
firstly if there is any back filling it needs to be done with stable soil.... this is a packing sand yet the engineer on your project should be told of what you've found and will need to stipulate if / what can be used as stable fill.
