I love the handprints cause it implies that it wasn't an immediate d3ath, but onw where it took long enough for the poor child to get bIood all over his hands, struggle and smudge it everywhere
Now if you think of it like that, this is a very brutal way to die just imagining watching that first hand is very horrifying that kid would have been struggling screaming for a good 30 seconds-1 minute after getting chomped and there’s nothing you do but watch as the kid slowly goes limp smearing his own blood all over the bear, fnaf can really teach ya smth to not fuck around with machines lmao
It’s a very gruesome way to go out, especially when you realize how utterly helpless the kid was in this situation. He was done for the second the animatronic decided to bite down.
It's incredible how William and Henry gave their animatronics the ability to SMASH A PERSON'S SKULL IN. not ONCE in the process of building them did they consider, "hey, maybe we don't need these heavy ass pistons to lift at max 5-14 lbs of fabric, metal, and plastic?"
@@scribbleslol1566 in all fairness, most animatronic performers irl could probably do some damage if you were to stick your fingers in the wrong place, servos and pneumatic cylinders can be crazy. That being said, considering the spring lock mechanism was considered a genius innovation I’m pretty sure he didnt give af 😭 I doubt that most animatronic performers could take a kid’s head off just because a lot probably wouldn’t be able to fit in in their mouths but a few fingers? Definitely. Maybe even a hand if you were really unlucky. Most animatronics actually weigh a ton, the outer parts when worn by a person would probably even put some strain onto them, which makes spring locks sound even worse. Honestly, FNAF was just several OSHA violations waiting to happen Sorry I have a special interest in animatronics 💀
@@codfishface5029 that's fine, I got my own little things I'm obsessive about. I may not know actual robotics, but do know that fredbear was in animatronic mode, so Henry and William must like their animatronics HEAVY.
Ik it's supposed to be like a classic face and such, but the way the eyes are positioned kinda gives me the vibes that Fredbear is HORRIFIED by what he has done :(((
Not sure if this was intentional, but the bib-like shirt really makes it unsettling because it makes it seem like Fredbear was hungry, even though we all know that wasn't the case. And the wonky eyes that both focus down towards his jaw and towards the viewer seem somehow remorseful. Well done!
Ok but the choice of music just fits so well with this. Perfection. I also love the inclusion of Markiplier’s famous “WAS THAT THE BITE OF 87?!” At the end.
i love how you added that glassy finish to his eyes, while they would normally look fake, something about the scene and the lighting almost makes the eyes come to life. its like there is a powerful sorrow trapped behind that artificial smile
I hate to imagine that the first two songs playing were the songs playing when the child died. First was when the child got bit, second was when the police came.
Oh my god I LOVE this!! The harsh lighting from emergency vehicles is so well done, and it's PERFECT storytelling too! I also LOVE what you did with his eyes - that half-eye-contact makes him look like he's aware of what he's done (and he might be just as horrified as everyone else)! Extra bonus points for Childishly Fresh Eyes, my favorite track from Everywhere at the End of Time! WOW I can't get enough of this speedpaint
I love how absolutely disturbing Freddy is, how happy but so dead inside...you can see that this death wasnt quick at all. It was slow, painful and so unsetting. Your art-style is fabulous and i love the songs you have used throughout, I can almost feel the nostalgia on the tip of my tongue...
Oh my god, he's so charmingly offputting!!! I love him!! The concept of Cowboy Fredbear was not one I was prepared for but honestly fits far too well for me to headcanon his performance outfit any other way. I love this so much you don't even understand
Ok honestly, the Fredbear design for him being a Cowboy really suits him well! It’s such a friendly yet whimsical design and I always imagined him being more of the American western side theming of entertainment back in the 80s. I agree to headcanoning him even more being a Cowboy and Fredbear is one of my biggest favorites! As well everything of the details of the bloody finger prints and then to the animated police lights in the dark. Absolutely around of applause to you and lovely SpeedPaint you created! ✨👏🤩
*fredbear I'm sorry they're two different characters 😭😭😭 pls don't be offended it's just I love fnaf so much and I like talking about it 😭😭 but I also just want you to know that they're both different😭😭
I don’t know if this was on purpose or not, but I really like how the handprint placement mirrors the subtle handprints (or at least shading/patterning that look like handprints) on fnaf 1 Freddy’s face! Specifically having one handprint over Freddy’s right (our left) eye and another on the left (our right) side of his face. Also I noticed one canine is a bit wonky, is this because of the bite knocking it out of place or an error? Either way I love it lmao- fits with the wonky eye and retro vibes. He looks great, and I love the cowboy take! Now somebody get the poor bear a hug and a wet wipe
I don't think theres really anything like watching someones art process- and watching it in full. It's always mesmerising to see how other artists tackle certain aspects of the creation process and I also find it personally aids me in improving my own artistic ability. This is an incredible work!!!
Well thats absolutely horrifying. I love it! I love when fnaf animatronics (fanart or in game) actually look like something kids would like, and then it gets twisted into something terrifying
At 13:03 I'm not sure I'm reaching but it seems to me like a bigger handprint. Maybe once the big brother saw that the crying child was struggling he tried to pry him out? Also HOW IS THE LIGHTING SO GOOD?
Do you have a shop? I'd love a print of this. The amount of detail put into this is phenomenal. Seeing you add little strands of hair highlighted by the stage lights blows me away. Also love the music taste for this video. It's cool how analog horror, mascot horror, and vintage music all fit together so well!
I love the art quality and the redesign but the thing that really sold this was the music choice on top of this. The combo of the music and the grounded cartoony style of Fredbear just makes it feel real in a way, like I could see this in the newspapers. Incredible work
Watching you draw all the little visual contextual details as the video goes on is honestly horrifying on its own haha, good music choice too! Everything about this drawing is incredible, you have a great sense of lighting and texture
DUDE THIS IS SO COOL!! The whole time I was watching, I’m thinking “dude this is so cool! What are they gonna add next?” And I was geeking out. Great job! c(^w^c)
This is just incredible, it’s so good it made me a bit scared like half way through, idk if it was cause it was 2am or cause of the music but boi did I get chills
Holy. Shit. This is-- sUCH a rollercoaster. I spent the first 11 and a half minutes like holy shit!! What an inCREDIBLE design!! You've really brought the era to life, it's so campy and unsettling but also genuinely fun and exciti-- and then my stomach DROPPED and the longer I watched (especially with the genius sound design??) the more I was genuinely scared which is so surprising given that like I know it's not real. I'm literally WATCHING the fiction be created but it's just so..... wow. This has gotta be one of my favorite videos on this site and is an art piece in itself
I do love the sound of music that sounds like it was put through a vcr player a few too many times. It sounds like nostaligia, and the sunset in my childhood house. Everything is kind of caked in yellow, and tv static. Its a heavy kind of peacful.
This artwork is phenomenal (and the cowboy design is so cool!) but my serious compliment is in the music choices, for something that gives you a feeling of deep unsettling melancholy or dread in cheery tunes! The music choices are so very fitting for the theme!
Here's my story: as Chris struggled inside the animatronics mouth. He tried to push on the roof of its mouth his hands covered with blood, before he realised that the animatronics jaw was beginning to fail with a loud wet *CRUNCH* FredBear's jaw hydraulic system had failed and caused his jaw to bite down on the childs Frontal lobe and killed him instantly.
Since the kids were laughing in the minigame up until the final crunch, I don't think Chris was bleeding until the bite happened. Therefore, I think the bloody handprints were left by the adults trying to get him out.
wow, this was such a delight to watch!! your process is amazing! even down to the song selection, it was all lovely! i can't help but shake the feeling fredbear looks sad :(( lovely work!!

the switch from the old timey music to EATEOT was really something

I always thought it'd be cooler to have freddy look like a real animitronic, this is so cool! ❤
dis isn't freddy, but his predecessor, fredbear (who originally appeared in fnaf 4)
I absolutely love the design of your Fred bear so much
He looks like a giant teddy bear
@@delfox1009 a giant teddy bear who can bite (lol my sister had one before)

Glad to see after 9 years in the fandom, i come back to the speed paint videos with either creepy or cringy music...

I dont usually watch speedpaints but omg
the bloody hand print is such a good addition
This video is effective and made me go out of art block thanks 🗣
Ok
same
this speedpaint has mafe me realize how much pain that child went through in that moment, great job!
I'm not a fnaf fan at all, but your take on freddy is actually so cool, I love how he looks like an actual animatronic of the time
*fredbear
I'm sorry they're two different characters 😭😭😭 pls don't be offended it's just I love fnaf so much and I like talking about it 😭😭 but I also just want you to know that they're both different😭😭
I don’t think I’ve ever watched a speedpaint all the way through before but this had me LOCKED IN.
Impeccable choice of background music
The hand prints damn 😢
(And Mark’s “IS THAT THE BITE OF 87” right at the end XDDDD)

Wow! Your art is amazing! And the old timey music really sells the theme!
god, the bloody handprints on his face.. that's MORBID
I dont like the implication left by the handprints that the kid was totally struggling against it while half of his head was gone D:
Oh my gosh bisexual lighting!! (Nah fr tho I’m absolutely blown away with this my gosh, it’s stunning I am devouring your art)
u dead wrong for putting the lil hands on his face 😭😭

I loved the fact that he is a cowboy, very creative!
the tiny handprints destroyed me 😭😭
