I got one of these and I watched this video to help me get the remote unstuck, (I wasn't sure if it was supposed to come off) so thank you! Also how I got my remote unstuck was by using a thin pointy nail filer to pry it out (being careful of course). 😊👍😁
Why didnt you show the mist important feature, like how to connect to phone, turn on and off, that what we need to know, I didn't get instructions with mine.
Please be more authentic with pivoting to side view. You make it looked like it just moves easily when in reality you have to use a bit of force and it clicks hard. I was afraid to break it and found another video showing to use more force. Thanks! Constructive criticism, no hate. :)

I record on my phone so it's a little bit complicated to actually show it but it definitely does work. You just hold the button and recorded.

I record on my phone so I can't really show connecting to the phone but I just went into Bluetooth and to connect it.

Thank you for the feedback. Maybe it's the one I got but it actually does move smoothly but I will take that into consideration next time.
I broke mine due to this and that was the only tripod I used so now I can’t make vids for a while 😓

My tripod is not standing it's 3 legs are shorter than the middle stand help
I would say bring him back and try to get a different one The legs are all even on mine. Could just be manufacturer malfunction or something.

You have to pull out the metal rod more from the bottom, just had the same issue
the clamp on mine won’t turn at all
I would return it then get a new one.
