Hey, I just downloaded the xenia, followed the steps but once I opened xenia for the notepad stuff, I get "Unhandled Exception in Xenia" I haven't DL a game yet. Is there a fix to that? I also notice xenia_canary doesn't have the exe at the end.

I've been using Xenia Canary for over a year to play RDR1 & other games, updating Canary on a frequent basis.
Does the "Portable" item need to be a Portable file folder or portable.txt? Either one seems to work fine.

Does the game boot up? Have you had other games work well?
@@DenverGamer yes it does boot up but the activtion logo it glitches massively into place and takes about 30 seconds to complete I'm on my Asus ally and I've seen it get played on there so I wanted to give it a try cause xmen destiny was so underrated and I was obsessed with the game, no this is the first game I've tried on Xenia canary I play mostly rpcs3 (ps3) and xmen destiny has in-game compatibility so it works up until you move the character. i hope I don't sound dumb lol
Everytime I open xenia it creates folders on my desktop. Super annoying. How do I disable it

Anyone tried to play fight night champions with that? Trying for some time but got a lot of bugs and crashes. What is more there is fps issue.

Yo, my windows defender is telling me its a virus. I followed your instructions step by step, but I read on some support websites that it'll be detected as a virus by some antivirus programs. I should be good right?
I just turned off my defender and downloaded it, no viruses. I just have a hard time trusting haha.
@@MrOvg88 yeah definitely, it's hard to trust anything this day and age, but I think it's a false positive. Just make sure you make sure it's a reputable source.

Yes they have implemented netplay in some forks. I have not played with it....YET!

It worked for me like this: first download the new version, delete xenia_canary.exe, then extract the new version into the folder where the old version was
Xenia is still hit or miss with a lot of games.
Xenia is the badest emulator ever!
