I don't know why, but I have seen dozens of videos of people watching the Israeli song and most of them are moved by this song, and most of them are black-skinned, there is something in the Talmud that said that some of the tribes of Israel went into exile in Africa, and maybe you have the genetics of the Israelites, who knows. What is certain is that you have a very high emotion. And maybe a special soul.

As you probably already know the song is about all the young people who were raped and murdered by the Hamas at the Nove Festival on October 7th. You asked if we think that we can win?- unfortunately I think we have no chance cuz it’s all political and all the world is against us… but our song is amazing!
This song is sad and emotional because its about the October 7th terror attack on us and 1400+ people lost their life that day. This song is our way to respect and remember all the victims. God bless Israel. עם ישראל חי

Why don't you consider the fact that the IDF has mercilessly slaughtered over 12,000 children and 30,000 civilians in total in gaza since October, Why don't you want to bring them home? Hundreds of missiles rains down on hospitals , refugee camps and everyday homes while Israelis in Tel Aviv chant hate-speech and racial slurs to those vulnerable blaming everything on Hamas as 'terrorism' is a 'Muslim' word that everyday westerners can sympathise with despite 99.9% of the 2 million displaced Palestinians having no connection or contact with this group whatsoever. Israel ever since its foundation in 1948 have always occupied and evicted hundreds of thousands of Palestinians from their native homes from their Zionist ambitions in settlement .Palestinians for decades have always been victims of inequality, oppression, grape, harassment, abuse, and murder under the Zionist occupiers. The land does not belong historically belong to Israelis yet they abuse Christianity, Islam when pointing their artillery in churches and mosques of believers to God.

Correction ~1200 people were murdered that day. The number 1400 was the nuber the news published untill it was corrected few days later. However ~1400 people from 'the Israeli side', incuding October 7th victims, lost their lives since the begining of the war untill March 27th 2024 (at least that are public knowledg. Killed by missils, gunshots, granades, stabing etc.).
I think Israelies basically cry when they hear the song.

The song came to present what happened on the seventh of October. The dancers in the video introduce the people who came to spread light and love. It shows the murdered people who danced at the Nova festival in Israel. For us the date was really a hurricane She says there in one of the sentences, promise me you'll hold me again. Here she mentions the abductees from their point of view and their thoughts. The upside down tree shows the feeling of the people in Israel. Im a brazilian living in Israel for 17 years now. This song brings us the feeling of 7 of october and Nova Festival massacre. The song is heartbreaking and beautiful. I cant help bit cry every time i hear this song. Its on memory of the nova angels- young people who came to a music festival to dance but nevet came back. They were raped, murdered and kidnapped by hamas, a terrorist organization. Some are still hostages, almost 6 months since the attack.

As an Israeli, I can tell that this song brought many people in my country to tears - not only because of the touching melody and moving lyrics, but because it is full of symbols that accurately describe the hell we have been going through since October 7th.
Of course, I would like us to win Eurovision, but even if the song gets zero points and is ranked last in the semi-final, our mere presence in the competition with a song like this, when so many people deny the disaster we are experiencing, is a momentous achievement.

its basicly a cry of pain, for the people, rather than pleasing or winning the eurovision.

The other clip, of Eden and Noa singing unicorn, and the scenery, is the same message, inner focus.
The views of green, the desert, and the roads, is israel to day to day people, symbolizing the past, when israel was in foreign hands,
and neglected, and nowdays, when its in jewish hands, to love, and nurture, and grow.
The past, and the present, meeting in a historical, shaking, event tearing powerful moment, breaking alot,
with the message of: "lets unite through those clips, this music, and rebuild".
it was done by the Kan 11 tv corporation, and it was done beautifuly.
Unicorn for example was more of a crowd pleaser, directed towards the world, and not israelis/jews/others who were also shaken by the events.
Those tears had to come out, so its in a way a cry of a country, of a nation.
Yes, we get goosbumps every time, yes it is a masterpeace, and yes, ive never been as proud by a eurovision song, as i am this year.
Balads work badly for israel, but israel needs a balad, and what better stage than eurovision?
Also the hebrew at the end, same logic, as opposed to previous years.
With that said, great videos, much love, your charm and your secret, your glow, or at least the brightest shiniest part of it, is you being real.
