If they're attempting to 'reverse engineer' the Edelbrock intake- pretty poor effort. Millions of 5.2/5.9 Magnums built- but no 'Performer' Magnum Intake from Edelbrock???
@@timosracecars Edelbrick's Performer looks and operates in almost the same RPM band as the factory iron AVS 340 4bbl intakes. Mopar Performance made one for the Magnums called a M1- uses a coolant passage under the plenum since there is no exhaust crossover on Magnums. Works great in the snowy parts of the World- but they didn't make many- and sell for 500-600USD on Ebay.

They have been casting those intake bolt bosses at the incorrect angle for ages.. Most sellers know about it but they continue to sell the manifolds anyway. Also most often than not you will need to square and re machine the gasket surface area because they are usually out of whack..
I got an action direct china special, the fit was terrible. Just a shinny paper weight.

I actually think edelbrock do an air gap for magnum heads, or they did.
This just happens to fit both.
