I think you meant that the Biarritz Custom Classic was only offered in 1978. So this is not just a Biarritz...it was the final collector series for the last full size Eldorado...only 2000 made. These are spectacular cars

Not so the Biarritz option package actually started in 1977 and the one you guys have there is a Collector Edition package in 1978 a one year only paint scheme, I worked on one of the same car back in 1985 ! This is one of my favorite Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz! From, I worked on it in the Shop! What a fantastic riding car!
