Just purchased this S35 center channel speaker and couldn't be more impressed - with the sound quality and power handling. I agree with everything this reviewer said. I needed a low profile speaker that wouldnt block the bottom portion of my TV screen and this fit like a glove in the space allowed...
I’ve had the S35 for a month and I only have praise for this thing! I picked it up for just $189 shipped which was a steal for this quality. I needed a slim center that wouldn’t block my LG C8 so any center with 5.25 or larger midrange drivers. So that pretty much eliminates 80-90% of speakers right off the bat. It has excellent clarity and produces a full sound in my room. I liked it so much that I just ordered a pair of S15s for just $159 to pair with it. Another great price. At these discounted prices this Polk signature series definitely punches above its weight. If I didn’t live in an apartment I would’ve ordered a pair of the signature towers (S55 or S60). If the S35 is good the 55 and 60 have to be awesome.
I live in an apartment myself, but just took delivery of my S55's! Man! They sound so awesome I was reduced to tears at one stage lol. Those towers pack a serious punch! They have an amazing sound stage! So much detail without being bright. Can't wait to get my S35 for my centre channel!👌
Luvuyo Booi If I had room for them I would’ve definitely bought them. The S15s are pretty good though especially for their size. The sound is completely matched with the S35. I still love the S35 the most. It surpassed my expectations. I have my LG OLED on a 3 level glass entertainment stand and it just covers half an inch of the screen which isn’t a problem since most content I watch is shot anywhere from 1.85:1 to 2.39:1 with most Netflix and Amazon shows at 2.00:1. Usually people will tell you to go with a full sized center if you have the room for 5.25”-6.5” drivers for the fullest sound and that’s probably what I would’ve gone with if I lived in a house but the S35 packs enough of a punch. Very clear speaker.

So the S35 would be a better option for me too. Quite honestly, I'd prefer the S35 even if I lived in a house... for the looks.👌
Good video review. I see online that both of the Signature Line Center speakers can be used for all 3 front speakers in combo with a sub-woofer. A pricey option, but, if a person is into saving space and timbre matching, then that would be a good option. the entire Signature Line are the best looking new speakers on the current market. I still prefer ELAC Debut B4, B5 & B6 bookshelf models in comparison. ELAC sound is just that much better & their bass output is scary good. If the POLK Sig Line could deliver a more musical bass with better tactile delivery? They'd be the winner. Until then? ELAC Debut Line wins the contest. Same pricing too. good video & thx for posting.
Gus, the correct word is compliment. The word complement is used when describing something that goes well together. An good example would be a cherry on top complements that cake very well.

I got this center channel myself and oddly its bigger in person and much much heavier than you would expect. Did i mention that it's beautiful and looks expensive?
I am really impress with the look on S35, I am wanted to upgrade my current center speaker into this one, specially it already available in my local market. But my main speakers are the old good looking KEF Q1, and I don't know if the tonal sound would be match with the S35. I am not ready yet to upgrade my main speakers. If I do, I would go with S55.
I didn't like it, everytime someone talks it has a obvious tsssch sound. Sure it's clear but it's also annoying. Wait nvm I got TS35 :\ probably the same tho. Returned the junk, the center I got for my harman kardon as a set was better as didn't have same issue. Is this a pattern for center speakers, make it super clear but also doesn't sound like dogshit or is there a model anyone can recommend to me that doesn't have the issue

A test with a clear dialogue would have been Much better. Center speakers are designed for mostly playing dialogue for movies.
I bought s55 towers, s35, s15 and sub hts10 and I just have to say that I love the asignature line of polk, its awsome with movies and music

Usually people will tell you to go with a full sized center if you have the room for 5.25”-6.5” drivers for the fullest sound and that’s probably what I would’ve gone with if I lived in a house but the S35 packs enough of a punch. Very clear speaker.

My center channel arrived an hour ago, I can understand voices again. I been partially relying on sub titles with the small Infinity I had.
I just bought this for $239.95 on Amazon. Can't wait to get it. Btw, 2:15 I really enjoyed my craptacular Chromebook speakers there. /s

Those aren't wall mounts, that is the Polk power port to enhance bass.
