@Keir you're using COLMAP for this? Was it hard to get the reflection for the bridge/lake scene in your Disintegrating Into Pieces film? It's a really amazing effect.
I don't use 360 for my work, I used a 50mm so I was getting quite high resolution images. The more resolution the more points. But I think around 100 photos for that location, you can go lower or higher

No not too hard, as long as the data set is good enough. Yes it's colmap, but I imagine most photogrammetry softwares would be capable
usually how much image you will need for a scene like this??? I'm trying 380

380 is the number of images I used to capture my room. it seems a little less than I expected but I'll try a several time

Reflections in a puddle, if you capture the virtual image in the reflection, you still get points out of the software
