- An inside look at the newly updated and renovated Official Walking Dead Museum in Senoia, Georgia. AMC added several new awesome pieces like wardrobe and some unique props! With the announcement that filming for TWD will resume in October now is the perfect time to plan your trip to Senoia and check out the new Woodbury Shoppe location & New Museum!
It's amazing this place has all these original props and what not, because knowing AMC you'd think they would've locked all that stuff away in a studio storage warehouse.
Rumor is there is a warehouse with a lot, but I guess that's pretty much any production. From what I've always heard this stuff is kinda like "on loan" from AMC, but I'm sure when the show ends they'll continue to leave it there.

Yeah they made some changes to the museum and relocated the Woodbury Shoppe.
I assume that this TWD museum is located in the middle of main street in downtown Senoia. When did it open? I wish it was there to check out when I visited back in Oct. 2019. Looks awesome.
Back then it was in the basement and The Woodbury Shoppe was upstairs but they switched it up a couple years back.

Yeah, Kimberly, I didn't find out until they opened the Nic and Norman's in Chattanooga, TN that they had moved the bike there. Then I totally forgot to come back and tell you.

True but I think for some it's getting some of the official exclusive Woodbury Shoppe stuff & getting it while in the home of TWD.
