Thanks for your reply. I just got a new 1/2 gal, of the hydrocal in the mail yesterday. And I just tried this and it seems to be working better then the other one. I'm thinking that some thing was wrong with the mix. I followed the instructions and well like I said. I only got like 10 pcs out of that 1/2 gal. Even they were not full pcs. I will try the smaller ones tomorrow and I'll let you know.
If not. I'll have to contact some one and see what can be done about this.
Thanks. I use the contact form. There's no other way to send them a message, and they didn't have an option to send my email to a department other then sales and marketing or webmaster. You may want to see about adding a forum section in. This would save some problems and I could get the help I needed faster. I only have enough Hydrocal for one more. and I didn't want it to fall apart like it has been.
Can you tell me, How much of the Hydrocal did you use and how much water did you used. I'm following the package and well every thing I let set for all most 24 hours and it just falls a part. and your telling me it should be ready to in 40 minutes. So I'm confused. Please reply.
Could you use drywall mud or would it not come out of the mold?
