Hiking | Camping | Fort of Kalab Kalan | Fatehgarh Fort

The Fort of Kalab Kalan i.e. Fatehgarh Fort is situated on the way from village Jassakheda to Raipur. We have planned to do our hiking of approx 1.5 KM to 2 KM and stay in our tent for the whole night, but due to certain noises, we have to descend in the midnight and return back to our village.
The trip was really interesting and we have enjoyed a lot during the whole trip. We have started our journey from Ajmer and have a halt at Beawar for an hour. After having some refreshment at Beawar, we have moved forward to the village Roopnagar Arnali where we have had our lunch. The trip to Fort of Kalab Kalan started from the village and it took approx half hour to reach the Fort.
We have successfully completed our hiking and explored the fort and considered all the safety measures before setting up our tent. The view of the Jungle from top of the Fort was mesmerizing. We didn't get chance to spot the big cat since the Fort was really on top of the Hill, but we have enjoyed and felt every moment of the journey.

That basement you found, in olden days these big houses use to store water and grains based on the season for the household usage in underground bunkers like these
