    Great video! I was able to do the body, but I got really lost at the hood as far as when to turn, would like maybe some more details about working in the rounds of the hood

    • @ABCuteCreations
      @ABCuteCreations  Год назад

      Thanks for the suggestion! I worked the hood up in rows instead of in the round, then connected down the seam of the top of the hood. I hope this helps! Thanks for watching and commenting!

    Great job this was the best I’ve seen, but only thing the space was too small. I couldn’t really make out how we was really connected because I’m a beginner.

    • @ABCuteCreations
      @ABCuteCreations  4 года назад +1

      It really is simple! I do not have a pattern for a child version, unfortunately. It'll take a little playing around but if you remove some of the stitches at the beginning and some of the rows, you should be able to create the perfect child size 😊. Thanks so much for watching and commenting!

    LOVE it! I am having issues with the hood though-it took nearly as long as the whole coverup did and I dismantle it. Aargh! What would the measurements be if I wanted to attain separately?

    • @ABCuteCreations
      @ABCuteCreations  3 года назад +1

      I'm so glad you love it! The hood does take some time to work up because of the crossover in the front. If you're still wanting a hood without so much "extra", you can simply start working it from the middle front, come all the way around but stop right in the middle of the neck again, so there's no crossover. It would take much less yarn and time to work up. Hope that helps!

      Thanks so much....I'm going to try to do this...you know, once you start a project, you've just got to finish in. But maybe in the future, I might consider that. Again, I Love it. 💕

    Does the hood get wider? I’m asking because I have a few rolls and it doesn’t look like it’s going to get wider. I don’t want to work a lot of rolls if it’s going to be small

    • @ABCuteCreations
      @ABCuteCreations  2 года назад

      Hello! Sorry for the delayed response! No, the hood does NOT get wider. It stays straight as you work it up. Hope this helps!

    Can’t I just make a rectangle and attach it to the cover up?

    • @ABCuteCreations
      @ABCuteCreations  2 года назад

      Yes, if it's easier to make it separately and attach the hood after, that's completely fine 🙂. I just wanted a smooth transition and didn't want to mess with attaching later.
