You know what though everyone ? Everything comes with a price. Musashi was a monk, sure, never caring what other people thought. But I bet he like, just reeked in real life. Because with all that practice I bet he didn’t bathe regularly. And how did he relate to others? Did he date hot babes? Was he a good dad to his kids? Were people happy around him or felt safe around him? Did he have enough money in the bank to handle an unforeseen emergency ? And other stuff. I mean, Musashi is a great human, but I bet if he were here to advise you, his first piece of advice would be « just be yourself. »
I have never cared about what other people think of me. That's why I have such peace and happiness in my life.
