Great work! Im sure creating such thorough analysis took a lot of time, and I really apretiate the dedication to this rather new and unknown wargame! Also, nice job converting Wrathmane and Hersir. That said, although I'm pretty sure that joining Ahlwardt to both Orc Hunters or Battle-scarred is a waste of his 60 pts cost, I wonder whats your oppinion about it?
Thanks for the video, great analysis! I understand you are firmly in the Northern Tribes camp but would you consider doing a similar analysis for the Hegemony? I haven't found anything for them even close to your tactical summaries
Thank you for your kind words! :) I'm planning to diversify my content going forward, so I'm open to making some Hegemony and Scions (once they're released) content going forward, though I'm going to be somewhat limited by the fact that I'm mostly playing the Northern Tribes myself... Unit analysis pieces on single units/characters should be straight forward enough to do in the short run however, would you like to request a spesific Hegemony unit/character to cover? :)
@grotnib7005 Well I enjoyed your Hunter's Quarry piece on the Bucklermen, but it was definitely from the perspective of the NT player. Maybe the Bulwarks or the Aggressors for standard units and I'm sure Pioneers will come up when you talk about Ranged combat. As a Hegemony player I'm more looking for ways to deal with problematic NT units, notably the high wound characteristic and high damage output of some of the command characters. I feel I haven't played enough yet to really get my head around these scary characters, engaging directly is risky so maybe some thoughts on combined tactics, applying stress, ranged or multiple combats? If not to eliminate them totally at least to be able to cripple or hamper their effectiveness. Also I'm not sure yet if Warcrow works on hard/soft counters or a Rock/Paper/Scissors type of game play such as Infinity, but it would be interesting to discuss what would be the unit of choice (with or without Character attachments) to apply to an enemy unit defending a objective or marauding through your backline! Anything will be of interest
@@neillmcmanus5208 Thank for detailing what you're looking for! It sounds like something like a video with some tactical situations and potential solutions or maybe basic "tactics and tricks" content might be a first step to answer your call? I'm a bit hesitant to dive too deep into these, since my game experience is still limited by the early days of Warcrow were living in, but I'll add something like this to the schedual! Thank you for your continued interest, have a great weekend! :)
I appreciate your hard work! That's just awesome and so usefull!! 🤩
Thank you so much for that buddy!
