I needed to do a trial run for what I usually shoot (talking head with B-Roll) and this was a good opportunity to test it out for talking heads. Sound quality from the top handle and Sennheiser MKE600 is also very good.
What do you think of Affinity Photo? I've been using it for several months now, and so far it's been a good replacement for Photoshop. The workflow can be a little clunky for some tasks, but for the most part it works well.
Looks promising but I have not tried it out yet. I have tried a lot of photoshop replacements but they usually fall short in a number of ways even though I don't particularly like Photoshop. PS has some nagging issues with its file management structure for large projects that cause issues for me but I still haven't used anything that tops it. Affinity looks like an interesting alternative though and it appears to have a one-time, inexpensive one-time buy option, which is really nice. I will probably check this out!
