I just found my old journals and it really hurt to read through them again cuz of childhood trauma. I used to write in one everyday for therapy. Now i have a doodle journal that i just use for creativity and memories.
My Dad has kept a diary which is more just little notes about the weather and a bit of what is going on in life since 1977! They will be what I inherit.

My grand father had sketch journals ! He would sketch a picture then write about it. It's great. That is also what I will inherit
