    Thanks for the shoutout at the beginning. Always glad to share useful info. I like, and totally agree with your comments and analysis. For most of us builders, who I assume are not dealing with the major companies like BofA the challenge will be to convince SMB owners to invest in chatbots. The ROI is convincing but those negative feelings expressed by the CNBC guy are still very widespread.

      I second this, 1000 products definitely won’t fit in a context window. I’ve heard of vectorized data but have not attempted myself.

      @@Umbral-AI ah, in that case it’s worth revisiting the assistants api. I had abandoned assistants api six months ago as not ready for production, but things are improving rapidly.
