When you cook steaks don’t flip too much because it tastes tough and not juicy. Each side cook about five to ten minutes before you flip

Ming. TO BE HONEST. Your steak and sausages looks good, it needs more seasoning! but you made your prahok all wrong. I’m sorry to say but I’m disappointed in the sauce. It does not look like prahok at all unless you’re making pleah or nyorrm beef. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
