I am 50 plus and was having very severe hair fall. Since last one month I am using amla, shikakai and reetha powder as a hair mask(mein ek rat pehle ye powder lohe ki kadai mein curd ke sath mix kar deti aur subah ek ghante ke liye balo mein laga kar shampoo kar deti hu) thrice a week. This has helped me immensely in my hair fall control and also my hair quality is getting improved 😊

Yes amla powder and bhrigraj powder drinking is effective because I have used before I was not knowing about Brahmi use lukewarm water add powder strain and drink the Powder is soaked fast and the taste is also good

Blend of these oils: castor oil +coconut oil +pure almond oil +hibiscus petals +vitamin e capsule(slightly heat it with double boiling method)
I also tried Fermented rice water remedy twice a month before all that i cleansed my scalp with besan and also flax seeds gel got rid of dandruff and than tried all the remedies than few weeks back i applied heena on my hair the way she suggested and i cant thank her enough for that
