I had to half way start over when making the neck, but it ended up working out. Made it as a gift for my little cousin! Instead of thin yarn I used traditional acrylic with a 5.5mm hook and it turned out to be about 6 1/2 inches tall. Love it! Super cute and great for the growing crocheter! I learned a few new stitches and how to change yarn colors seamlessly-*chef's kiss* Would definitely recommend for anyone!

Are you using a special join for your rounds? bc I am having the same issue with this ones head being crooked just like the dinosaurs which makes sense since it’s almost the same base pattern. But it’s because of the shift in the start of the rounds.
I write every step I do in the video, I don't do anything special. I'm sorry you had a problem with the crocheting head. Did you have a hard time because there are three single crochets in the same stitch?
I know this comment was made a while ago, but I just wanted to chime in and say I had the same issue. A few rounds in, the start of the round is no longer in the middle, so my second set of popcorn stitches looked like they were one off even though the stitch count was correct, and the head is leaning that way as well. I'm wondering if it's because I have a thicker yarn/bigger hook so anything that's not perfect is going to be more obvious since it's bigger. That's my best guess at least.

I had the same question, can't see or count stitches on popcorn. Ended up just guessing it's the "tip" of the leg, going by how it looked in the video.
I need a tutor. Even when I follow exactly and count correctly, I end up with the wrong number of stitches...
If you're beginner, I suggest you watch longer and more explanatory videos.

What the yarn size and weight you used? It was hard with a weight 4 yarn since the hook's too small

Excuse me, on round 5: 7sc, 1 popcorn st, 6sc, 1 popcorn st and 8sc, so total of this round is 23, where is the 24th sc?
Actually start with 8 sc before the first popcorn, 8th stitch is the one for changing color (I am doing the round 6 😉 )

I think you have the wrong number of stitches on the first bobble round. It says after the second bobble to crochet 8. The stitch count for that round was supposed to have 24 stiches. Instead of crocheting 8 I had to crochet 9. I was worried then so I counted my stitches and I had 24 stitches. Just letting you know! Please respond. 😢😅 3:45
