Love the show, i think i love when Donnie and Dhali bring in former Canucks like Ryan Kesler , that is what we want to see, us guys in our 20’s who miss 2011.

This is the time of the season when the knives are out for those teams in danger of bowing out and I am not even talking about the Leafs. Just watched a Predators podcast, people there are calling for Luke Schenn's head because he left the crease to go after Garland at the back of the net and left Lindholm all alone for the overtime winner. Here's the thing. None of these experts have ever played in a 82-game grueling season in the NHL but they all know how to manage, coach, and play at this level.

I thought Stamkos would wear out by now, but he keeps on being a key player for the Lightning

I’m crossing my fingers the Leafs are gone tonight . You guys think this is Canada’s team Not! I used to like Craig Simpson he’s the best great voice but he’s a homer I never thought I’d say that .

Let's be perfectly honest. Vancouver was pathetic for 57 minutes in game 4. Nashville just happened to be more pathetic in the end.
Neither of these two teams are remotely on par with any other playoff team.

Washington didn't win a game...you seem to have a lack of appreciation for the Canucks defense and the Canucks stars got it done in dramatic fashion...there playoff growth is happening b4 our eyes. They still haven't played a great game and they are up 3-1 with 3 different goalies.

Matchups are a thing. Both those teams have actually played quite good defence. It's hard to break through and get to the net.
If Vancouver plays Edmonton in the next round (hopefully) it will be much more of an offensive series. If the Canucks survive this round with Nashville, they will have learned how to get through a tough physical grind and tight checking ... which Edmonton is not particularly good at. Van has 3 wins with 3 different goalies. To me that is resilience, finding a way to win instead of looking for excuses.
Play the games, then judge. Washington, Toronto, Winnipeg, LA, the Islanders have all looked worse than the two teams you named. If any team failed to show up, it's Toronto.

The only thing that's pathetic is your freezing cold take on these teams and the series.
