She isn´t game-changing or a must have unit, especially because you cant use her in tower challenges because of her LEGENDARY status! F. Blanka>Fashin Sakura>Flame Chun-Li. I think OG Chun-li is more useable than this one, I mean Guy is not that big of a problem nor viper. She might come handy against Akuma though but how often do you fight Akuma?!

She has 100 chance at lvl to bro. Also her fighting spirit is good and having all 6 cars she is way better. So for people that won't go all in on her gear, fighting spirt, and cars then no she isn't that great but if you get all that especially her cars then she is op
I will never understand spending money in a game like this, especially that kind of money. It's an idle battler, you're barely doing anything in the game as it is, yet you're spending the equivalent of a AAA FULL RELEASED GAME on a single character.
