That last highlight against the rangers is so much doper than you know. They were down 5-1 (which is basically impossible to come back from in hockey) and his teammate Draisaitl (considered #2 or 3 in the world behind McDavid being #1) skated past the Rangers bench after the goal to make it 5-2 and said to the them "watch out, here we come" and then they tied it up and McDavid scored this goal to win the game. Fucking terrifying lol.

Wayne Gretzky indeed played for the Oilers. He wore 99 and he was so good they retired his jersey across the league. Gretzky has more goals and assists and points than any other NHL player in history. He also scored the most goals in a season with the Oilers and won all his Stanley Cup championships there. If you do a retro video about him that would be cool. You may also want to look up Mario Lemieux who played on Pittsburgh before Crosby.

100% in the league right now. If someone tried any of these moves in the ‘90’s they would be dead😂

He would skate circles around people in the 90s. Can’t hit what you can’t touch .

@@caudill729 That’s what I don’t get about these arguments, the games faster than ever. What makes you think guys from the 90s can do any better.

@@drewburns246 because it wasn’t the first guy you had to worry about in the 90’s anyway. It was the second guy that teed you up as you looked at the first guy. This wasn’t a diss at the dude, I love his play. Just stating a fact.

Now you’ve seen the big 3 modern day players Crosby, McDavid, Ovechkin. Incredible right? Another modern day player you should consider watching is Auston Mathews, not as many “highlights” and these 3 but a natural goal scorer. Make sure you watch some of the other greats from the 80s-90s like Wayne Gretzky and Mario Lemieux. Then I think you should move on to the physical element of the game and watch some of the heavy hitters like Scott Stevens. Would love seeing your reaction watching him punish his opponents!

You guys missed out on the mid-90s, it was cool to wear hockey jerseys in hip hop culture. Check out Hey Lover by LL Cool J ft. Boyz II Men, Shawn Stockman from Boys II Men is wearing an Oilers jersey in the video, dumb fresh.

One thing about Bobby Orr (from a coach) was he could have actually done more but didn't want to embarrass other players too much
