Healing (and change) is something we are constantly experiencing in our lives.
The channelled words that I recite over the opening music lead us to a healing song, the melody and words for which came to me very quickly and clearly. They felt ‘given’.

Dear Lee thank you so much for this beautiful creation. Recently I had covid and while isolated and far from my daughters who study abroad and fully depend on me I was fearing their future, I went through a dark moment feeling my body and mind weakening day by day. I came across your video and the colors, words, the sound gave me hope to trust in love and light again and to keep fighting. I'm not sure that some people understand that "doing the inner work," is not all rainbows and unicorns and bubbles. Sometimes, as I did when acting onstage, I have to go deep inside and drudge up old wounds, to feel, release, and heal. To the untrained eye or ear, this may sound like crying or something "louder." Crying and releasing grief is not BAD. Quite the contrary. It's difficult, excruciating, intense, and sometimes disturbing. This work is not for the faint of heart. Sometimes I have to go to the point of being willing to die, so to speak. On the inside, if I "let go" THAT MUCH I am "rewarded" with an infusion of clear LIGHT. Now I KNOW, from the inside/out what finding the spark inside the dark really means. Now I understand better how "something was created from nothing" in the Beginning.That used to be an intellectual conundrum for me. It's not anymore. Now, because I went deep inside, grieved and let go and consciously, earnestly asked to be shown "The Light," I was gifted with that very experience, for which I am truly grateful because it felt simple and quiet, yet wondrous beyond compare .... I understand what this seeming riddle truly means now. Something from nothing. I'm sorry if others heard me crying and it was disturbing to them. I'm undergoing a process ... because I truly want to know "what God is thinking." And that phrase I just used is a metaphor for unlocking the mysteries, little by little, baby step by baby step. I do this because it is in my blood, it is who I am, and I cannot deny it. When I DO deny it, it is always to the detriment of my spirit. PRESTON means "priest town." This work seems to be my heritage and my future. This work is who I AM.
