Reminds me of after I left my big box store job where I worked across the hall from the salon. I came back to see one of the stylists after a few months because I had saved my money up, and asked specifically if that stylist had any openings. I was dressed down, looked like crap as I was finally cleared to leave the house after having surgery, and the receptionist looked me up and down and said 'she's a master stylist, and is super expensive. Why don't you go with (insert name of person I don't know)'. Said no thank you, can you just check friend's book, please, and see if she had room for just a wash and cut today and I'm free all day and can wait. She flat out told me that I couldn't afford my friend in front of everyone. I stared, laughed and said, and I quote 'get. Me. Normie' (which was her nickname. Everyone knew if you called her that, you were her friend.) Her face went white and she tried to back peddle and I told her I didn't care, I asked to see Normie, and either you can go around the corner and grab her or I can go to her station and ask her herself. She ended up getting her and my friend got me right in and proceeded to rip the receptionist up one side and down the other for poaching clients. When I checked out she was very eager to give Normie my tip and I stared and said 'after the shit you pulled when I got here, I'll hand it directly to her. Thanks.' Wildest stylists drama I'd ever been involved in. I'd seen some shit, but never been involved until that day
Yes I re-watched this just to watch the customer chew out the manager and the coworker of Siri. I LOVE how she was like you can learn a thing or two from my hairstylist. 💗💗💗💗💗
I so want a final completion of this situation. Did the little green haired one get fired? Did she have to apologize to Siiri and the client? Enquiring minds want to know!
66 year old guy here that hasn't had enough hair to need my old stylist for the last 15 or so years but I love your lil ""CLIPS"" portraying the life behind the chair. In my youth I was friends with a few different saloon workers & owners so it is fun to look over at how life never really changes at its core, just all the stuff that is in the orbit seems to be what has become the ""STUFF"" that marks time by either being in style & use or not. I'm posting this after viewing about a hundred or more of your videos & this one finally snacked me in the face with its little implied reference to the ""JELLY"" trouble maker being portrayed as the ""GREEN HAIRED MONSTER"", perfect symbolism that I'm sure you did for that exact reason. Has it been brought up very many times before in the comments? Thanks.......................MR

This one I hope was real. What a satisfying story. An honest mistake. A kind and empathetic stylist that gave her a pick me up. Became a wonderful client. Makes me smile every time.
I would so love to find someone who cares like you do. My hair is crazy thick and mixed curl patterned. I have fantasy color and the last person who bleached it fried it. Now it’s varying lengths because of the breakage. Can’t even imagine just getting a full consultation like you do!
I feel you on that. I had issues with a stylist prior to the one I have now and started having breakage. I hate how I find new pieces constantly. Part of me knows that I didn't help by going for a bleach and pink/blue color, but I was already so MISERABLE over how the hair was reacting to the previous stylist that I wanted a few months of fun before misery set in again.

We have a cat named Frankie originally her name was queenie! Frankie only had half a bowl of food she was fine! She gets wet food every day at 5 PM. Not 5:01 ! She lives on my poor wife! And must sleep above my head. And she has a flat face so she can't see much! Unless it's food
