I spent 33 years in prison and have been out since March 2020. I plan to use this page for motivational speaking, juvenile prevention, and personnel training.

Great story as always! It sounds like Gangsta really needed more mental health than anything else. But that is the really messed up part about the system. It rarely gives the type of help the person really needs to rehabilitate! As a result, his mental health suffered miserably. Thank goodness this situation turned out good instead of bad. Thanks for sharing!

I had one the same exact cellies 12:20 . But I knew it wasn't going to work and he was cool. We got that over with in a gate. I didn't care what it wasn't gonna work I made sure the shift commander captain lieutenant, he got to go so I know that feeling you just made me re live that day 😅man it's all laughter until it was at my door and it wasn't funny at all I can imagine what he put his cellies through but I'm a Certified nut if somebody take me there 😅man Banky keep the content coming I'm fosho going to support salute 👊

😂😂 G Slim crazy Banky but you handled that situation well. It seems like prison it’s about how you say things to avoid the ultimate situation and some people don’t care & escalate it anyways but it’s all about defusing situations to avoid all the consequences that come behind.

Gangsta Slim's demons were tormenting him. Folks with many demons cannot sleep because the horror they see with their eyes closed and the voices inside get louder when it is quiet.
In India or some place it is believed that water has memory and can hold good or bad thoughts or energy. Slim was so particular about water. Trying to flush the demons down the drain. Rolling in puddles. If you encounter anyone with demons and tell them, "I will pray for you", they will get away from you as quickly as possible. Holy water! He likely needed the water cup to sit for 24 hours so it could settle down and not move so much. He was doing those things seeking his peace of mind.
