Usually Indian music videos [Bollywood in this case] have actors acting out the scenes and the actual singers do not appear at all in like 99% of them.
It would be amazing if you checked out this song called Fursat, it's beautiful and it does feature the main artist actually.
If you liked the girl in this MV, I suggest you watch another movie music video with her from a BioPic movie called MS Dhoni: The Untold Story. The movie is about a previous Captain of the Indian cricket team who lead the team in the best way possible for a leader. The music video's timeline is just before the girl gets into an accident and passes away and yep she is his girlfriend at this particular point in the movie. The guy later on marries an amazing person as well without forgetting this girl. So like I said, this movie is a biography of the Captain whose named was M.S Dhoni. I hoe you enjoy it!
