Just subscribed...Great content. I believe if you lean in to how you naturally trained to reduce your chest fat you will see a lot more subscribers. This is a big issue with over weight males who lose weight but deal with loose skin in the chest area. To see how you transitioned down 100 pounds in a way where you have minimized drastic loose skin in your chest is impressive. Keep up the great work.
Appreciate that feedback!I wouldn’t say that I’ve been 215 before as 11% body fat I think the quality I’m bringing has been increasing my subscribers substantially. For a while I didn’t have a set style that worked for me the past three months I’ve been able to show that I’ve found my style and it’s paying off 🙏🏾
