- YES I went straight to the hair dressers after this as when my hair dried it was uneven. I normally cut it with my hair dry so I can see the shape of it but hey ho its fixed now :P

The reason hair looks darker when it's wet is because the space between the individual hairs is taken up by water instead of empty air, making it appear to be more dense to the light. And this translates into it appearing darker to our eyes. Loved the video. Many tingles.

Yeah and the weird thing is too - my hair is slightly lighter when I allow my hair to air dry rather than blow dry - because heat straightening makes the hair stick together more too(for me anyway). My is hair dark brown(brown - black) but you can see some streaks of slightly lighter hair when I let it air dry(my hair is wavier and puffier naturally so the colours show more I guess).

I don't know if you rubbed your hair in the towel only in this video but in general doing this especially on wet hair highly increases the risk for split ends

Lucynnyu yeah I've noticed this with my own hair I did that alot recently because my mom takes too long would the hair dryer 😂 and I try not to use the towel as much because I've been afraid of that but it happened anyways 😕

is there a reason you don't cut straight across? was it because you wanted to make more sounds or is that how you're supposed to cut hair!
I cut into it instead so that the cut line isnt so blunt but more so gradually faded.

+Storytime ASMR I usually do it with dry hair and without the pressure of filming just to thin the bottoms and sort out split ends to save money but this time it messed up so went straight to the hairdressers :P
