What is wrong with you people and your negative comments. She clearly states she was grateful for the most important thing, that her son was ok. She also sent prayers up for ALL those effected by the storm, not just rich people's families. I don't have much either, but I can sure practice compassion for others whether they are wealthy or not. Their money didn't protect them in the storm.
So sad, many prayers! Prayers for all families in tornado areas, scary as ever! Let's all have compassion!

Don’t want to be a downer but house is standing everyone is ok. Well 2013 I got my family in the shelter 17 seconds before we lost all material things. Glad everyone is safe and healthy but I didn’t have a tv show to pay for my recovery. I’m still paying for it at 62 so forgive me if you still have a home and are not suffering. I’m still working trying to recover and a little salty I don’t have money and rich people to help me. So forgive my I don’t give a fucks. We spend so much time and money helping rich folks and say screw you to regular people. Good luck guys hope you get a new pool.

I have to agree. My nephew and his family lost everything in the Joplin tornado. Thank God, he was strong enough to keep the basement door closed and they walked out physically unharmed. They needed to replace EVERYTHING and had to do it over a number of years. The Duck Dynasty families will be able to replace everything easily and THEIR house is still standing.

I'm glad everyone was safe @ charlesblack. I understand your emotions about it... But her post was about her child being ok, I don't think her or her family care about the house, cars having a pool etc etc. it was about her son and how thankful she was he made it safely inside... I don't have much either and have lost everything more than once and everyday I just think I'm blessed for waking up. Again I'm glad you and your family got to safety when you did and I wish you many blessings moving forward.
But what about all the people that didn’t have a safe room and lost the entire house? These Duck dynasty peeps are fine. Completely unharmed. Ordinary people don’t have the same options that Duck dynasty have. Sorry, but I can’t feel bad for them. They have tons of money and still have a house! Other people lost everything including lives. Sorry, this one is a thumbs down.
