We didn't get all the Muses in the Disney Hercules Movie. There are 9: Calliope (epic poetry) Clio (history) Polyhymnia (mime) Euterpe (flute) Terpsichore (light verse and dance) Erato (lyric choral poetry) Melpomene (tragedy) Thalia (comedy) Urania (astronomy)
I love them all. The only reason I know how to pronounce any of the names is from listening to the audiobooks for the Percy Jackson series. I did know that Herc's earthly parents had names (I was surprised that Disney used the same names) but Alcmene and Amphitrion look amazing! As do the Muses.
OMG Dancing muse at the end. With the effects she seems to be so magical. I think thair hair is supposed to be reddish dark brown like a dark auburn. I also like the adoptive parents. Good luck for Mont Olympus. I can't weit to see it.
They all look great! On the topic of adding adoptive parents, jts a nighymare but its possible. Its either MCC or UI cheats but one of them lets you add an adopted relationship bit. That doesnt change gameplay so it doesnt effect how they interact. You can also use add relationship with MCC but sometimes that messes up the family tree. Ive gotten it to work with a sim who was adopted and has their bio parents but it tends to get really buggy and the family tree sometimes shows different parent combinations. Ik growing together has a feature to adopt your partners kids but i have yet to get that to work. Its not perfect but the "add relationship bits" is the least messy way of making a sim adopted while having bio parents. I haven't commented in a bit, but I'm so glad you're doing well and want to offer the biggest congrats on getting married and being in a good place in life. You deserve all the happiness.
Yay! They all look amazing! So glad you ended up including Alcmene and Amphitryon, too! (I was wondering if you would, tbh, would be sad but wouldn't have blamed you if they had to be cut) Even though they don't feature very much in the movie at all, they had such endearing character designs that I always really, really loved them! Oh, also I would have gone with black hair for the muses, but the brown does look good on them ... maybe you can do a poll showing pictures of them with black vs. brown side by side to get an idea what people prefer? Or even just do that for yourself to see which you think looks better? Both are valid choices with the limited hair swatches in the game, and the brown to me is actually sort of giving the red-figure Greek pottery look? (the two main styles of ancient Greek pottery are "red figure" and "black figure," referring to what color the subjects/decorations are rendered in against the background, which were each achieved by using different techniques. Look it up if you're interested, it's pretty fascinating, if a bit confusing!) Perhaps a happy accident?
Thanks for the info on Greek Pottery! I agree that they are sort of toned to match some of the same shades. This was the case when I was using screenshots from the film too.
Will we have any newsies related things because I love that musical and it is New York City but like the poor neighborhood which is fun to make in contrast to the pretty castles

I would have liked to make the Muse of astronomy

Literally love them can’t wait to see Zeus and Hera and Mount Olympus
She’s adorable I love the last Muse you made and the first one too
Can you save them to the gallery please
They look great! I love again how they are all seen interacting with the space
Glad you’ve enjoyed the bonus clips! I’m going to keep trying to include them
You did a great job capturing the essence of each of these characters Tomi. I'm excited to see the Olympians 😊
Thank you!
I like how the muses turned out, but I was really convinced that they had black hair
You’re not the only one! I may very well change them
I love how they all turned out
