I think at 6:20 is Asian Pigeonwings flower, since it turn out blue in hot/warm water. I'm just guessing; in Thailand we use Asian Pigeonwings flower and boil with hot water and drink it like tea..

For the aroma therapy you should hold it in for three seconds and then blow the smoke out of your nose to get the full effect of the 'therapy'.
