And yet, last year their predictions were WRONG. Not a little off, but WRONG.

Uh, no they weren't? In their may Outlook, they predicted 12-17 storms, 5-9 hurricanes, 1-4 majors. The actual number of storms is a little higher, but the hurricanes and majors are pretty damn accurate.
