@@DocIfedolapo This is the answer he gave: "So my regular sleep schedule in med school was this: I’d usually get home from postings/classes around 5-6pm on most days and then I’d have dinner, spend some time online (because I hardly chat or check messages or social media during postings) and then around 8-9pm, I go to bed so that I can wake up 3-4 hours later and study till 4:30am/5:00am and then I sleep again till 6:30am which is when I wake up and start prepping for posting/class. I did this on Monday to Thursday. Friday was for proper rest so no night reading on Friday. As for weekends, I read during the day on Saturday and do some light revision on Sunday during the day as well (so no night reading on weekends too)".
What’s your advice to someone for 400l who feels they haven’t dedicated their time well per say to reading and all, more like you didn’t read textbooks like that.

I'm currently in year 3 a student of Human Anatomy... And i want to pursue a career in neurosurgery. I intend to do medicine... I'll be 24 by 18th. Should i still do medicine or..🙏🏼
