I am from Hyderabad and Waqf board here is corrupt from top to bottom. Members of the board have become crorepatis after obtaining their seats. A lot of encroachment of these properties are by members , their families or the MLA's of the ruling party. it has been a marriage of convenience for all involved and there is no mechanism to enforce a way by which these members can be held to account independently.

There is loophole....wafq tribunal should be dismissed, why should a poor guy have to move around for his own property. If wafq thinks the land belong to them they should go to civil court and prove that, why the poor fellow has to prove that. This is a pure appeasement politics by then govt.

Rapes are often caused by blood related relatives and this is increasing day by day in a heinous scale.
My girlfriend was raped severly by her cousin brothers when she was only 11 years old.
As she lived in a joint family,this heinous act went for a long period of time.She was unconscious of the incident that was happening with him.
Her mother didn't warn her of bad touch!
Wish she had taught her something about bad touch or assault.
Those do'gs presented this heinous act to her like a merry play or game!
She suffered a lot,but couldn't tell her parents.
The only person whom she gathered courage to say to was "Me".
I was unknown of this fact.After nearly one year of relationship,she expressed her nightmares.
I was totally shattered and heartbroken after hearing her experience of this stuffs.
She was only 11! Only 11?!😅
What she went through was unbearable,I couldn't even think of.
Yet,she was innocent,having no urge.
She was pure,had no urge at all.Then why she faced this?
Her close relatives took her innocence and abused her deeply.
She realized everything when she was grown up at the age of 17! After that,she went to severe trauma and depression.
She could't sleep at night for long time.
Overthinking grabbed her deeply.
I supported her till then.Also,counseled her like her own parents.
I loved her more than anyone in this world. I gave her my life's 4 years.
She was my everything.
Cut to now,she is no more with me.
She comitted suicide this year.
The reason was not discovered!
I thought she fully recovered from her trauma and all stuffs.
I was astonished.
what the reason was still unknown.
Either this,or anything else,that she didn't share with me.
But she is no longer with me.I am totally broken.I couldn't think of anyone else except her.
She could have a great life ahead.She could become happy and successful.
She killed herself and lost every happiness,killed my happiness too.
I couldn't give her justice too.
If she was alive,I would have gave her justice.But she is dead now.
She faced only trauma in this world,nothing else.She could have give herself a chance to live life to the fullest.
But alas!😅

Waqf board cannot declare any land for itself, when any land is donated to waqf, govt appointed survey commissioner surveys the land and a gazette is issued then to declare the land as waqf property, so in short if waqf claims a land that means that land was donated to waqf board after complete govt verification.
Also there may be cases where they wrongly claim a land due to some misunderstanding or dispute, if that happens high court can revert their decision when they won't be able to prove it.

My dad leased waqt land for 100 years . The waqt board now wants to sell the land to someone else. The property was leased about 30 years ago. The properties is valued at 15 crores now. Waqt was selling the property for 2 caroer to a relative of waqt member. The court ruled in our favor and told the waqt to come back after 60 years .

But some leaders like those of AIMIM thinks everything is against muslims and try to shield illegal activities of waqf in the name of secularism, whereas the whole concept of waqf is actually against secularism.
Waqf claimed my grandfather's property which he legally bought 55 years ago after coming to the city and built his home and entire lifetime's business on that land with his hard work. He is a reputed man of his area and almost everyone in that area started business around that time. He became a very successful business man in that area after working for over 50 years and one day Waqf board decided to harass him by claiming his entire property which is just in around 10000-15000 square foot. Waqf board asked him to vacate his house and shut down his business which he started 55 years ago just because they think it belonged to them before Independence even though my grandfather had official papers of the property. He is still fighting for his own property so that it doesn't get into the hands of Waqf board. Even if some day he loses the claim of his property he still has enough to start a new life but what about poor people who can't afford to loose their home. Shame on you! Akash Banerjee because you are afraid to show this truth just for appeasement.

Waqf is only for charity for public. Giving it to government means giving it to the rich. But hindus by default have to oppose anything related to muslims
