@@pastelaxy I like to take chicken breasts and brine them in soy sauce, rice vinegar , herbs (I use this Italian Herb Grinder I purchased from sam's club. I used to use fresh herbs from the garden but the herb grinder is so good I just use it cuz it's quicker), garlic powder and ginger powder, and pepper. I let it brine for as little as 2 hours (I prefer 6 hours of brining but when you gotta eat you gotta eat). Then I bake it at 400 for about 27 minutes.
It gets a little overcooked but I prefer dry chicken to undercooked chicken. I eat this like 3 times a week.
