Honestly my new year started off so badly, I usually feel a sense of freshness and newness and that wasn’t there at all. So my whole thing of setting goals and reflecting kind of got neglected and it just felt like 2023+. 😅 This video is exactly what I needed (thanks algorithm) and these ideas are actually perfect for someone like me who has waited to get around to “new year” activities for… whatever reason. These ideas are simple and not too demanding but still seem very effective - you have a really good, fresh perspective on things! I’m surprised to see you don’t already have thousands of subscribers because this is definitely quality content, just keep it up and you’ll get there in no time! 💖
