You look a million times smoother and way faster and carrying better momentum through the turns. I can definitely tell the difference in how the power is laid down between your Honda’s and the husq. Can’t wait to see you race!
I think it's awesome you made the switch. You are trying to make something happen here of course you got to go with the best eguipment available. Good luck on the season! 🤘
@@JeffWalker84 Twinair has an even better solution for this. They have small extra filters that you can fit in the airbox cover. They are called "Twin Air Airbox Vents", this is what some of the GP riders ride. This way you prevent dirt to come inside your airbox and still have an improved airflow!
Just interested Jeff, do you find the front end lighter to loft over bumps than the Honda because hondas always seemed to be more front heavy and more corner grip oriented. Do the pegs seem further back than the Honda, great vid 👍
Looking quick my man! Bike sounds tough as btw.. not a big fan of husky’s myself after I had one in 2010 but the new ones don’t seem too bad, more a Yamaha guy myself, been racing on Yamahas the past three years/bikes and they haven’t let me down! Only been riding 250s though, keen to see how the 2020 yzf will handle..
Suspension on the front end has to be alot better cause you had super chop out there on the front end.. Track conditions were perfect for a gnarly rut attack day.. Looks good!!
I’ve been thinking about doing some GNCC/trail riding! Could be really cool. Doubt I’ll ever go to the dunes though. I’ve seen too many moto/truck collisions haha
Looking good bub.... flowing good! What do you think about the air forks on the dialing in and sensitivity? Are you going to switch them out or stick with them...
I'm in the market for one now. How's the power delivery? My 17' crf450r was suuuuuper snappy down low to the point I couldn't roll out of corners smoothly, and it was just twitchy in general. My 15' kx450f was smooth with power everywhere, and all useable power. I'm stuck between kawi and husky 450's. I'd appreciate the feedback man! Nice vid!
Hey Jeff you seem to be a taller rider like me @ 6ft. I have trouble squeezing the bike with my knees on the new model of these euro bikes so i tried guts wing seat! changed the game for me armpump wise with having better grip on the seat, maybe worth a shot if you had these problems
i’m a really big fan and i really look up to u. i have a shitty kx 125 and i’m not allowed to go to tracks because of how my brother got hurt a year ago and i was just wondering if u have any tips because there is a pure sand turn track by my house and i was just wondering if u have any tips for improvement because i’m getting pretty quick on that turn track. if u read this i will gladly take any advice
I take it this is the next morning you were talking about riding before it's groomed? Love that bike. Does Husky and KTM still have a strong contingency program?
Yo I have a question to ask how I’m a novice rider and I’m wanting to get to mx but I don’t know how to get a sponsor so I’m asking you as a fellow rider or riders how do you get a first sponsor??
Breaking bikes in isn’t really necessary anymore unless you have a freshly built race motor. We just change the oil in one hour increments for the first 3-4 hours and then go on as normal
His last video kinda did this, basically he thinks his honda 450 is a big heavy machine with too much power on top and needs to be ridden super aggressively to be fast. Whereas the husky is smooth over the whole power curve and has better suspension and is lighter.
Sure he prob just does a couple of heat cycles then rips it, many studies and cases of properly "breaking in an engine" vs not breaking in at all show little to no difference between engine condition thus relating to no increased longevity of the engines lifespan
iHarca infinitely better! Clutch pull is super easy and consistent, and the plates supposedly last a lot longer. Obviously I only have 2 hours on the bike so I can’t speak on longevity yet
Sooner or later they all end up on a KTM or Husky. Just depends on how much of a hater they are. But there's no denying they are the best bikes for fast riders.
I subbed because you was fast on a Honda. My friend has 2 husq. and he's always rebuilding them . Dont know I'd that's the case doe these but. I wish u would go back to the Honda. Goodbye
You look a million times smoother and way faster and carrying better momentum through the turns.
I can definitely tell the difference in how the power is laid down between your Honda’s and the husq.
Can’t wait to see you race!
Keep this up and you’ll have a factory contract in no time! :D
Aqua Craze Means the world to me man! That’s the dream🙏🏼
I dont know how he hsant been asked about that already.
@@michelemasters280 Where to start with the stupidity in your comment? You do know he is already a AMA Pro rider, right?
@@burkhardt7372 deano doesnt have a factory contract.

You definitely look solid on that thing🔥

Drill some 1/2 inch holes in the left side airbox cover and you’ll get some increased throttle response throughout the RPM range
Planning on it when the new graphics and plastics show up! Wanted to keep the OEM Rockstar graphics intact for resale someday

@G Mail no its not hahah
@G Mail your correct I saw it on dirt bike magazine
@G Mail huskies are boxes dont have the problems as bad as KTM does
Cant wait for hangtown man. You have been working your ass off I'm sure many more opportunities will head your way!! Good job
can't wait to see you racing using your new bike husky kuya 😍😁
Just a few laps and you were flowing through those ruts like water! Be the water Jeff 😋
I wish you and your girl friend all the best, take good care of her and also make sure that you stay healthy Jeff :)!
Greetings from germany
Nice bike, Husqvarna's are badass!
Super sick track love it there and your videos
Hi
Hows the air forks
r u going to get the conevalves
This bike is a beauty 😍
You look more comfortable on the husky. Good choice!!

Awesome content once again, keep up the good work. Greetings from Finland!
Lookin sick! Can’t wait to see you at Hangtown!
Been watching for a while now, I'm glad you've left that Honda behind 😂
you look a lot more agile and free on the husky, also your speed through the corners seems faster and way more smooth.

Do you think that one day you will ever go trail riding for a vlog Or to the dunes I think that would be a badass video
I’ve been thinking about doing some GNCC/trail riding! Could be really cool. Doubt I’ll ever go to the dunes though. I’ve seen too many moto/truck collisions haha
Jeff Walker yeah you gotta be careful in the dunes
So sickk! Been watching since 74 subs lol
This track looks like so much fun
sick track, and nice ruts!

that bike looks so smooth 😰
The FC450 sounds so nice

Are you going to be racing in 450 instead of 250 now?
450 for the first 3 rounds
You should get some spring cone valve forks and a kyb conversion. Not the biggest fan of air
I bought a new 250 last night😂 well new to me🔥
What? Are you not racing the crf250?
That thing rails 👌👌👌👌

Did you record anything at Irish hills? I was one of the riders there and it was cool to see you ride. Much faster in person than in the videos.
Holy Ruts!!
Man do you ever have good balance railing those ruts.
My guy 🏁🔥
Have you topped your lap times of the Honda yet?
those are some gnarly ruts
great bike my friend
Way smoother on this wow.

How you like the ride so far???
Best channel on youtube, love your vids man!! Can you do a tutorial on how to break in a brand new bike properly?
I dont think he really breaks it in😅 Honda says you can ride them normal and just do an oilchange after 1 hour
ive always wondered if he breaks them in before cuz hes going fast for a brand new bike
Breaking bikes in isn’t really necessary anymore unless you have a freshly built race motor. We just change the oil in one hour increments for the first 3-4 hours and then go on as normal
Looks a quick machine..👍🏼
Did you even do heat cycles for the husky?
I’d assume so
Heat cycles = myth
Michael Ray never even heard of them
smooth!
Please tell me you kept the 125 at least
What will you do with the van since it’s red
Did u run A kit in ur honda suspension?
How come you didn’t race sx?
Cone valves or na?
randomhooligan would love to see it
Review video comparing the Honda and Husky ? Pros and cons of both

What kind of GoPro mount do you use
Where did u mount the gopro?
God damn that thumbnail!!
hey men what was the problem with the honda 450 i’m thinking to buy one
He said the radiators empitied out really quickly
Do you not break in your new bikes?

When you getting your graphics
Man I’m going to miss that Honda 😔
Then tomac sees this *jaw drops*
what bikes do you have now
I like the camera it’s Smooth
What graphic setting do you use on that gopro?
The Rookie 2.7k, 30fps, Hypersmooth, 16:9 Superview
you are definitely riding faster and smother then you ever have imo
What would i do for a new 125ccm
😣😣🏁
Probably not watch RUclips but instead work. But who am i to judge?

Is the clutch better than on Honda?

If I knew u were in Ohio last weekend I would’ve raced up to see u
First 🔥🔥🔥
I like watching your video
Gg dude!
you are not as fast on this husky as u are on the honda but u are alot smoother on the husky which is good bc speed comes later!
Did you find a lot of differents from this bike to your old honda crf 450?
Considering he sold all his hondas and bought this, most likely yea, and Hondas are very heavy, bad front suspension so..
Dollar Bills Y'all yea pf course. You are right
Husky>Honda?
Arm Pump husky
@@HondaRiding Hello honda fanboy. Did you watch his previous video?
