Its not really happy ending SPOILER ALERT!! that kid, tried to make everthing better for his mom... and in the end he died bc he was not from his father, he was from her and the other guy but he sacrficed himself just so his mom could live a better life. Now where is he? stuck is another parallel universe. But this universe, she will never meet her son again so thats rlly sad

This drama is very beautiful and unique. I guess this is the only drama which showcases the genuine love of a son towards his mother that he would sacrifice his life just to change his mother's fate. This drama touches everyone's hearts who watches this. This is a very beautiful journey abot a son and parents love. As Qi Shou said, all love is for reunion only a child parents' love is for separation. This will best family drama for me.
Excellent plot n characters .I liked how from future a grown up son comes to change fate of his mom . How he helps her pursue the right man to be his dad . Qi Shuo n Qi Yue did excellent job . Xiao is cute n handsome guy . After a long time we could see something different. I wept a lot in last two episodes as the boy has to return to be reborn . Must watch it 👍👏👏👏😍😍

I knew I saw the ml somewhere, it was in the drama ‘him and time are just right’ , when i saw him there as a support character, I so knew that he could’ve been the lead as well, I could see the potential and it came true😭💗💗💗 Ps he only had like 4-5 minutes of screentime there or even less but I’m so glad he’s getting the recognition he deserves. So happy for him😭💗

Very good start, but there are five minutes left at the beginning, where first the sad story of Qi Yue's life is explained with illustrated images and then how Qi Shuo no matter how hard he tries he fails to travel to the past, until the 47th attempt where he succeeds and appears on a beach on the outskirts of the city. Maybe it's not much but it quickly explains how the situation is.
Its a very very good & emotional drama, left me crying for days & nights!! Its so underrated but my fav. 😭❤️🩹 Things I concluded from the drama :- Qi shuo - probably the best son, having a good scientific mind which helped him build a thing like time machine & specially his looks & voice...I literally fell in love with these while watching the drama 😫🤌🏻✨ Also he reformed every1...his mother, his teacher (lu xiao), his father, yufei (so that she can stop chasing sum1 who'll never love her)..every1 for the better. Lu xiao - ofc helped me gain interest in physics & made me understand 'how smart (knowledgeable) 1 can become by studying', helped in building a thing like time machine, a cute & caring bf too!! Qi yue - a cool mom (by seeing the memories of qi shuo that he used 2 show in his phone (the videos) for example the cycle story in episode 5, the food story in episode 15 (shown just before the epilogue)), also made me understand that if one does extreme & extreme & extreme hard work then the last student can also pass an exam like gao kao, a cute & good gf ofc!! Xu zhaoyang - actually not a bad person at all (he stayed with his father from his childhood so he got 2 learn all of his characters), used 2 take money from people as his father used 2 take them for drinking & no one earned much in the family, also he had 2 replace the things broken by his father in anger & seek medical help for his beaten mother by his father for not getting money 2 buy alcohol as well as manage his, his mother's & his studies' expenditures. He loved his mother too. Now yes, no one is bad from birth, situation & the environment in which he/she grows up decides whether he/she will b raised good or bad. So the same hpnd with him Liang yu fei - Idk abt her much. "Every villian is a broken hero" - there is a proverb like this & just like I told "no one is bad from birth, situation & the environment in which he/she grows up decides whether he/she will b raised good or bad." So the same hpnd with her may b idk that!!

Qi shuo - probably the best son, having a good scientific mind which helped him build a thing like time machine & specially his looks & voice...I literally fell in love with these while watching the drama 😫🤌🏻✨ Also he reformed every1...his mother, his teacher (lu xiao), his father, yufei (so that she can stop chasing sum1 who'll never love her)..every1 for the better.
Lu xiao - ofc helped me gain interest in physics & made me understand 'how smart (knowledgeable) 1 can become by studying', helped in building a thing like time machine, a cute & caring bf too!!
Qi yue - a cool mom (by seeing the memories of qi shuo that he used 2 show in his phone (the videos) for example the cycle story in episode 5, the food story in episode 15 (shown just before the epilogue)), also made me understand that if one does extreme & extreme & extreme hard work then the last student can also pass an exam like gao kao, a cute & good gf ofc!!
Xu zhaoyang - actually not a bad person at all (he stayed with his father from his childhood so he got 2 learn all of his characters), used 2 take money from people as his father used 2 take them for drinking & no one earned much in the family, also he had 2 replace the things broken by his father in anger & seek medical help for his beaten mother by his father for not getting money 2 buy alcohol as well as manage his, his mother's & his studies' expenditures. He loved his mother too. Now yes, no one is bad from birth, situation & the environment in which he/she grows up decides whether he/she will b raised good or bad. So the same hpnd with him
