Always wonder where you get these quality rare clips of some of our best.
Been searching for one I saw live forever... been so long I forget if it was AFI or SAG awards type show with a tribute/lifetime achievement thing to Will Smith. I'm alright with Will, but Mos Def had an incredible freestyle more about everyone in the audience. Sure seems like that was a legendary moment you might appreciate.

Yes indeed. We all miss you George. You were, and continue to be, such a wonderful part of our lives. We the guitarists, musicians and listeners of your incredible gift that you shared with us. My generation lived through the most dynamic musical era ever. We are so fortunate to have been here on God's earth at the right time to be blessed with the music in you, God's gift of music that HE graced you with and you shared with us. As a True Believer in God Our Father and HIS Son Our Saviour Jesus Christ...I do hope that you, in your heart, knew Yeshua for who HE is: The Way, The Truth and The Life. And no one comes to The Father except through HIM. Just like you, I as a young man followed the Eastern religions and philosophies on that long road that leads us to nowhere. I truly believe that you did discover that Truth of Truths before you left this world. You being a deep thinker and seeker of The Truth...how could you have not seen. Yes, I do believe that you did. That above all else is my hope for you, and all who truly seek the Truth. We will see you in Heaven my friend. And, BTW, say hello to my son, Jade, who went to be with Our Lord on April 6th, 2016. He is also a guitarist like you and I. Play and sing your praises to Our Lord along with that Heavenly choir. I'm sure the music is sweeter with you and my son playing and giving thanks. God Bless you.

George slept with Ringo's wife. Even John was shocked by that. That's a full-on shitty thing to do but then again Ringo was a violent drunk and was treating her like shit and she needed someone to appreciate her. Basically, George still took advantage of that instead of comforting her as a friend and telling Ringo to stop hitting his wife.
People love Ringo but he also beat the shit out of Barbara Bach and hospitalised her. Apparently, that's when he got sober, but if it takes you 20 years of beating women to realise it is wrong you are not a great guy.

Friendships like this don't seem to exist anymore. Especially in the entertainment industry, where people stand next to you because of who you are, in relation to what you can do for them. George's adoration and respect for Eric Clapton and Bob Dylan is so endearing.

The fact that Clapton took Georges lady away from him and they still remained best of friends is amazing. The two most wonderful people and musicians on this planet. I love them both. This is by far one of the best videos ever.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

True friendship is hard to find. The fact that George could forgive Eric for seducing Patty is hard to fathom. George was a humble, unselfish man.

I was speaking with A. Khan when he got a call, I think it was from Ravi to give him news of George's passing. It felt like a blow to my chest, and I couldn't help think of George's wonderful music. We talked about George for quite awhile, and he decided to do a tribute concert in Toronto. (Scarborough) of an Indian Jazz fusion to celebrate George's life. I thought it was kind of appropriate to meld east and west in music as a way to say goodbye. I imagine one of my favourite quotes "all of those moments lost in time, like tears in the rain". Joyful, yet sad.
