You definitely have to learn the healing system better, the zagustin you popped was useless, you bled your stomach out and didn’t even bother fixing it, you fought bosses that were using ultra nosler (flesh ammo) with blacked out arms, you have been really lucky 😮 Ps: the pricing of the items as well, this stained keycard sanny dropped you was like 800k
use rpd-n and you can use a sight you just need to swap the barrel its a budget gun, the iron sights aren't accurate because the gun has reduced camera recoil.

You should try using US ammo. Despite being quite shitty in the damage and generation departments it gives you a -30% recoil

i use tracer rounds. -5 recoil. but still has like 31 pen and 60ish damage. us is -35 reoil? -25. but has like 17 pen 21 pen? something garbage. lol]
