A suggestion: for fitting the barrel, the lower lug (nearest to the trigger) is screwed FIRST, then the upper one. It free floats the barrel in the same exact spot every time. The upper lug does not bring the barrel in the same position that the lower one does. (the lower lifts the barrel away from the stock about 1/16 th to 1/8th)

Are there torque values on the barrel nuts. I saw you tightened it by hand unless that tool you used is a torque wrench
