Very beautiful scenery along that route. Stunning bare rock formations. How odd to have a dead end tunnel like that. I was wondering who that young man was, perhaps a travel companion? 😂😂😂
I figure the tunnel was an old route and they blocked it off, but who knows. No idea who that young guy is, saw him in a mirror, didn't recognize him. Hahaah
You could have ridden another 10 or so miles up to the actual border crossing...which is very scenic. That building you saw on the right, where you turned around, was the Argentine Aduanas, but the Chilean entry point was further up. Did you stop to see Aconcagua on the way up or down?
Woah. That tunnel on the side of the road. You are a brave man sir. Well done!
Haha. I dont know about brave. I turned around pretty fast.
Espectacular as always.
Thank you, I am glad you enjoyed it.

It is. I am glad I took the time to stop.
I could see your hesitation like... do i keep going deeper into this tunnel or not...... Very cool man.
Ya, I was also trying to figure out if it went through or not.
Whoa, that tunnel looked scary! But those mountains are pretty spectacular.
Ya. It really is amazing to be in those mountains. Thanks for watching!

3:40 I would have come out of that tunnel and FROZE!! That’s scary!!!!
Haha, I kind of hoped it went through. But ya, I'm glad no one else was in there.
@ Right!!
Absolutely sucks you had to ride through there a second time….. must have been torture!!!😂😂😂😂
I could have ridden it a third time!
@ I’m sure!!!
Nice day ride! I got used to seeing you with that beard. I think you are aging backward. Less stress away from that daily grind I guess.
Zero stress generally. I feel so good and healthy and relaxed. I think more people should take time like this.
0:53 discretion is the better party of valor, especially if the weather isn’t cooperating!
It's a fine line of being smart and being adventurous. Haha. I got lucky in the end I had great weather.

Looks like you rode to Mars
Ya! The red color in the mountains is like mars. Just wait until you see the first video from Bolivia, it is very mars like.
