All the sax players are music school grads - Senri studied privately - not sure about June, Marie, and Chizuru…
Chizuru got her deserved spotlight, she is more talented than it often appears. She mostly just do back up accords in the background. And we all love her stage presence and smile❤

What a beautiful guitar solo!! Glad Chizuru didn't cover it up with lots of effects. Likewise for Marie's piano playing - really beautiful ideas. All of the members of JA are so badass!! I hope we get to see the complete versions of some of the tunes highlighted in this clip - they sound great!!
I swear I think Japan may be the epicenter of jazz right now. All these girls are so super talented! And I broke out in sweat just watching Senri hammer those drums. She must have burned up 15,000 calories on this one! Everyone is over the moon here!
My first time hearing/watching Senri Kawaguchi I just broke down crying! I had no idea how accomplished a drummer she is. I could feel evrything she did. And I felt so much pride in my heart for her. That was maybe 4 yrs ago... maybe 5.
I love listening to these ladies and watching them play. The level of talent on the stage when they play is mind-blowing. I'm so thankful for finding them.
I really wanted to see them live, so I drove 3 hours to the album release tour hall, I was able to watch from the second row. The performance was amazing and friendly beyond expectations. Unfortunately fancams were not allowed. I think they should go on overseas tours like BAND-MAID. And I definitely want to see that fancam.

Saw them at Billboard Osaka. Front row. Simply amazing. Fantastic musicians, tight, superb technique and they just burn the place down.

先週宇都宮市文化会館小ホールで観ました
満員で、ホール関係者が「月曜なのになぜ？」と驚いて、アンケート回収していました
ステージはもちろんノリノリで、フロント４名とギターの千鶴さんは、ワイヤレスでの客席巡回もありました
五所川原のアーカイブ何回も観て余韻に浸っていましたが、日本もルール(１分以内とか)を決めてファンカムを解禁してくれれば、凄さが広がるのではないかな？と思います
