    Good class. Simple formula with a good combination of variations. I like classes that have good energy, as I am fit and healthy, but without too many complicated intermediate or advanced poses etc

    Thanks so much for the yoga you share. You are one of my favorite online yoga teachers. Your flows are doable yet challenging. I really enjoy the shorter videos. Would you be willing to put out more shorter videos, like between 15-45 minutes? Thanks again for sharing your gift with the world!

    I really like this flow it's perfect for the mornings-I'm glad that you're making videos again, they've been missed! I hope that you make more half an hour videos. Please make some with standing and on the ground poses!
