  • Purnia, a part of Bihar, has a different preperation method for Mutton Stew with the mutton steamed with onions separately and the spices fried in a separate section. Which then gets combined together. Though, they don't use water but since Patna people love the gravy, here we had to get that part done too.
    Although, the quality of meat wasn't really wonderful, yet the gravy and spices tasted really well. I would have given it a 8.7 but due to the quality of meat, I am giving it 7.2/10
    The texture could really be improved. Though I also tried the fish here which was made in a proper Bihari style using Mustard Paste w& Garlic which can be rated 9.4/10.
