- Surface plasmon resonance is an optical based technique, used to detect interaction between molecules, in real time. Surface plasmon resonance occurs when a metal is placed on the top of surface, where light is undergoing total internal reflection. A group of electrons in the metal absorbs the energy from the light undergoing total internal reflection. As a result of energy absorption, the group of electrons starts oscillating. These group of electrons is known as plasmon and the phenomenon is known as surface plasmon resonance. Because of SPR, a dark zone appears in the refracted light.
Indian Teacher, always saving the day with clear and concise explanations! Thank you!
The accent sounds Dutch though.
@@aliansarihamedani8057 It's not a Dutch accent
Thank you man. I finally got. I had zero base on optoelectronics, your explanation just saved my ass
I've to present this evening, and I am new to optics. I've SPR as a part of my presentation, thanks a lot for saving my ass.
So clear, so good
Thank you! Cheers!
Wow So Much in such a short and easily understandable explanation Great Video very helpful.
is really conducive to grab the hard nut concept . Kudos
Please add video on molecular biology
this video really helped me out, thanks !!
So the liganded receptor protein increases the density of the thin surface-plated gold. Is this the cause of the shift in light polarity? Makes sense to me and this video has increased my understanding faster than say Thermofisher did.
I'm trying to find my car keys. Is it here?
Please can you upload on the topic spectroscopy especially before this month ends??
Great thank you❤
Can we use get a longer video
