"Control the Bleed" kits are needed.

Tragically Raymond James Quigley of Wymondham was fatally stabbed in Ipswich town centre on 17th January 2023 in broad daylight. His mum Margaret in his memory is raising money to put life saving ‘Control The Bleed’ kits across the region and also raising money for Norfolk’s Emergency Medical Charity NARS.
North Walsham Town Council on 30th July 2024 will be discussing such Bleed kits and it will be their decision if North Walsham receives one in the memory of Raymond and the fund raising his mum has done.
