So they are local. The company mechanic is parked there and there is an Air Hose in the passenger foot well? Company mechanic cannot fix it and the driver and mechanic both know exactly what is damaged and is hoping for a standard tow bill without paying for the extras? But what is included in that as I have seen/heard customers specify only on board equipment which I presume includes every thig you carry?
Your customer service is just the best! You seem so caring and I almost cried when you went and got them some hand towels for them to wash their hands with! You are so polite! Please be careful out there on the side of the road! I feel like you family because of how nice you are! Thank you for being nice to people no matter the race. Be blessed!
Have been subscribed to Trent's channels for about six months or so now and I have watched all of the videos that have come out in that time and these guys are the first that I can think of that have asked if they could help with anything.
60% that's my running average that's funny I used to have customers in the truck with me and they'd ask me if I ever lost a car off the bed of my truck I'd turn around look out the back window and go yep just now freaked them out every time
Another great job Trent your thinking all the time and great to have your customer to give you a hand. I hate to see how much to fix your strob light cost ok Trent be good and drive safe God bless you
Great video. When are drivers going to learn to slow down and pullover. Those 2 cars that made those turns were lucky that you didn't turn about the time they were beside you. Good job. Stay Safe!
Part of your check list should be to make sure all side doors are closed before getting into your truck. New to your channel from Hemet and love it.. ty
That sucks about your Leemur light being damaged , hopefully they can get you another one . Looks like you're out in the middle of no where in the Coachella Valley dropping that truck off for the customer
I like your videos. I've always wondered why it took so long for vehicles to be removed from the roadway. I have a question, do you have a buzzer or flashing light in the truck to remind you to close the side doors before you take off?
Man I was cringing with how fast and close vehicles were moving by you. I guess the MOVE OVER law means nothing... Could you have requested a LEO to be there with you for safety?
Unfortunately Cops being there doesn't matter. I broke down in San Antonio Texas once. Even with a Texas Ranger and a Sheriff behind us these assholes still wouldn't move over.
MrManuel1329 not having grease in the joint, and continual wear causes it to grenade at any time, not just when loaded! It's not "its all good, until you do something"! It's continual wear and damage over time that destroys the joint! It's just when it happens to break, or when there is enough damage to break it! Whether loaded or empty!
What do you mean you can't tell? Go back and look at the back side of the tire where the brake drums are and see if they engage and disengage. Be careful out there though man, people are dumb when it comes to driving, they see flashing lights and thinks the have to be close to them instead of slowing down and moving over.
Fixed the light! Just a loose wire! Thanks for watching!

You are one hell of an operator. That rig is setup really nice as well. Well done young man.

I would love to see a full walk around video of your tow rig in detail

@Plaza Towing, I like watching the videos when you drive to the location to drop the vehicle off.
Great video ! Never realized you had so much work in the towing process. As always be safe.😎
Should put an LED 4 x 4 sign with an Arrow behind the truck you are hooking up saying, " You Are on Camera, So Move the F**c Over"
Can't believe your State doesn't have a move over law when they see flashing lights! At least slow down if they can't pull over!!! Love your videos!!
Very awesome videos Plaza Towing.
I am glad you got a/c in that truck that look like a long hot drive
at least your tires are completely covered and you have mud flaps, could be way more of a mess otherwise. good vid, enjoyed the drive.

35:10 There's my biggest pet peeve. People who pass you and then turn off a quarter mile ahead. WHY????🤬

Judy Fryer no, he uses his mirrors
Dam, fucking 4wheelers don't move over...be careful
Hey about how much practice would someone need to operate a DTU? Would a few calls with another driver operating a wrecker be sufficient?
Righty tighty...lefty loosy!!!
I know lol wasn’t thinking 😂
Do you use your engine brake while towing a tractor trailer?
Good video
Man I was cringing with how fast and close vehicles were moving by you. I guess the MOVE OVER law means nothing... Could you have requested a LEO to be there with you for safety?
Yeah. Even with nobody in the left lane they still couldn't simply move over. What a shame.
Unfortunately Cops being there doesn't matter. I broke down in San Antonio Texas once. Even with a Texas Ranger and a Sheriff behind us these assholes still wouldn't move over.
no one will move to the left when you are on the edge of the four-lane messed up!!
Tractor trailer blows a u joint!!
Sounds like truck stop code for something nasty, and usually cost $20, same as downtown!
Your truck just wanted extra TLC from you.
How do you blow a u joint empty
Getting stuck and rocking the tractor repeatedly weakening the u-joints.
MrManuel1329 not having grease in the joint, and continual wear causes it to grenade at any time, not just when loaded!

roadkill5333 oh I see thank you
not a matter if its when you get hit ...

LOL. You’re poor truck is dirty… LOL
First nice video
You all do have to "slow down or get over law" in California ?
My light play up to
If you blow a u-joint, would that leave a bad taste in your mouth? If you smoke the brakes, would you get high?
Only on the west coast.
Good job Trent
